Good vallet and luggage service, even though we misplaced our vallet id they didnt hesitate to assist us and show us our key.

Could not fault our stay at this hotel and would return at the drop of a hat! Here’s the Lounge Bar is one of the most attentive, friendly and welcoming bar tenders I have ever come across! He could not do enough for us and really made our holiday that bit extra special! An absolute pleasure! Thank you Hedra! Had an amazing time at this place. Extremely beautiful, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the bartender Hedra at the Launge bar. His drinks are the best in all the bars in hotel! The bar is a bit farther than the one in the lobby and not a lot of people go there, but my advice - go there!
