Everything was fine. The food is very tasty. One disadvantage is that the extra bed in the room is very uncomfortable

it exceeded all my expectations. The level of hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel at home from the very first step into the hotel. It was wonderful time in Rotana. There are all what you need: tasty food, warm clean sea, cozy rooms, all you need for fitness, tennis, kids room and everywhere personal who can helps you.

**Check-in Experience:** Sara at check-in was knowledgeable about the property, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing right from the start. Although I arrived at 3 PM (a standard check-in time), my room was not ready. Several issues stood out: the phone wasn’t working, there was no coffee setup, tissues were missing, and the balcony was not properly cleaned. While I could overlook these smaller issues, what truly frustrated me was the lack of attention to my special request for birthday arrangements, which I had made well in advance. Despite the delay in check-in, the setup was not completed as promised. I was given the option to wait longer for the room to be fully prepared or to check in immediately. I opted for the special setup between 6 and 8 PM, but nothing happened, ruining my plans entirely. When housekeeping finally arrived, it was already too late, and I had to refuse the service. **Service Issues:** Throughout my stay, housekeeping was slow and inconsistent. Upon checking in, several items were missing, and when I called to request them, it took over an hour just to receive coffee. Additionally, the room phone wasn’t working, so I had to use the bathroom phone to contact staff. Hassan at the reception provided not satisfied service and lacked flexibility. When my wife approached him in the evening to request a one-hour late checkout, he was free but refused to assist her, simply stating that we should check with the morning staff. His response was dismissive and unprofessional. The next day, I had to address the issue myself, and again, Hassan was uncooperative and tense. He only agreed to a late checkout after his colleague, Hamdy, approved it for another guest, making it feel like a reluctant gesture rather than genuine service. This encounter left a very negative impression, and we decided to leave the property rather than extend our stay for an additional night. **Check-out Experience:** Hamdy, on the other hand, was exceptional. He was courteous, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He sincerely apologized for the inconveniences, which was a relief after the poor service I had experienced earlier. **Overall Impression:** The hotel facilities are excellent, but the service spirit needs significant improvement, especially considering the premium prices. The staff's approach did not match the level of hospitality expected for such a high-end property.

Hello, I would like to thank each one of the staff in Fujairah Rotana for their wonderful gesture towards the guest. Right from the Reception Rohit and Marzauk, Ina at the Spa, Reservation AgentsTanatswa for arranging a cake and Birthday decor on the bed for my son Birthday which we celebrated in the property. Also i would like to thank the staff from the water sports section. They were really kind and suppotive. Thanks to the pool bar staff for their non stop serving of the drinks to the Guest. Thanks to Sumon at the concierge and bellboy.

I had a wonderful stay at the Rotana Beach Hotel! The front desk staff, especially Hassan, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Deepu, our waiter, provided exceptional service during meals, and the call operator was always prompt and helpful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room clean, and the ball boys were always quick to assist. The Kids Club attendant, Shu, did a fantastic job keeping the little ones entertained and happy. The hotel offers a stunning view, and the food was really good. Just a couple of small suggestions: the service at the lobby restaurant could be a bit faster, and adding nuts to the breakfast menu would be a nice touch. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend Rotana Beach Hotel!

Very well located property to access the beach from the hotel. Large pool to accommodate swimmers and non swimmers alike. Multilingual hotel staff that guides you well for all amenities available. Hassan from FO was very helpful and another staff in buffet outlet I already knew from another rotana property made sure we had everything we need.
