The room was beautiful, and the view, location, and services were excellent. However, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. When the guest requested cleaning, it was not done properly.

over all the stay was good, special thanks to chef Ayad, he was the best , he make the best spicy mixed omlet ;)

Very happy with the location, service, and cleanliness. The breakfast quality and service stands out. Very impressed with Chef Eled (spelling ?) and service member Wala'a. Wala'a was always very courteous, professional and served with a big smile! The hotel should provide an ATM in the lobby as a convenience to business travelers like me who typically don't carry local currency.

My prince was at Hotel Rotata on Friday, indeed one of the finest days of my life. The prince was more beautiful than the prince. The prince from the first time I came to the hotel was in a genus, the room was clean and the hospitality was excellent. I had a sense of top-notch treatment. The wedding was great.
