Good location, good view, nice people. We forgot the check out time and front desk helped us to extend one hour for us to packing the luggage and help to store the luggage since we have other meetings later on. excellent location close to the metro, helpful and friendly staff, there is a bit of a problem with the sun loungers by the pool but it did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel, which I definitely recommend. We were very satisfied.

The wait for the elevator was excruciating.We had to walk down the 11th floor almost every morning. There was also a line for breakfast every day, while on vacation I don't want to waste time queuing.The men at the reception were especially friendly.A young woman, who didn't know how to serve properly, spoke Russian, probably Kazakh, and despite questions, the answer was always I don't know. The driver to the beach was friendly and drove very safely.The housekeeper Tunaid was very friendly, cleaned well, and took all our wishes into account. Clean 5 and NPS 10

Everything went perfectly, polite staff. Special thanks to Diane and Waid. Their care of our room was professional and enjoyable. In the pool, it turned out there weren't always enough towels, which surprised me, but didn't stop me from swimming. I would like to point out that it was a one-off case, the other times there were towels. We took breakfast accommodation. Overall breakfast is delicious, a good selection of drinks. There is a choice of desserts but as far as I'm concerned and compared to other foods is quite small. Staff are generally polite and careful in their communication. There are Russian-speaking staff. The location of the hotel to the subway is very close. Transfers are on schedule, all convenient. The room is great, comfy. I think this hotel will be a priority when I go next.
