ROTANA REWARDS EXCLUSIVE / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Use of your Rotana Rewards Exclusive Membership constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below:

  1. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability at the resorts and limited room types.

  2. In order to avail of the preferred rates, members are requested to identify themselves as a Rotana Rewards Exclusive Member and quote their membership number at the time of reservation or book the Rotana Rewards Exclusive rate available through their online account on rotanarewards.com or on the Rotana Rewards Mobile App.

  3. Rooms and prefered rates are subject to availability and terms and conditions.

  4. The membership and dining certificate are valid for one year from the date of issue.

  5. When dining, only one membership may be used per table. Banqueting, room service, orders made off premises and breakfast are not valid. Benefits of the membership are only extended when the person settling the bill is the membership holder.

  6. The Exclusive membership and the dining certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card/voucher.

  7. Beverage discounts exclude happy hour timings.

  8. The complimentary dining certificate for the value of AED 250 (USD 69 or equivalent in local currency) has no cash value and only one certificate may be used per table. The dining certificate does not apply to complimentary memberships.

  9. Discounts at Food & Beverage venues will not be extended during the followings dates: Valentine’s Day, first day of Eid al-Fitr, first day of Eid al-Adha, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and F1 weekend at Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island. Rewards Points however, can still be earned.

  10. Rotana Rewards Points are: (a) non-transferable, (b) valid for three years from the date of transaction, (c) do not possess any monetary value and (d) can be claimed if missing up to six months from transaction date post enrolment. Only Rewards Points recorded with Rotana Hotels will be considered valid. Points will be credited to your account within five business days.

  11. Rotana Rewards Points will not be earned for complimentary or barter room nights, airline crew rates or redemptions.

  12. Earning of Rotana Rewards Points and redemption of points for prizes and rewards is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

  13. Double earnings are only applicable on accommodation or stays.

  14. Use your Rotana Rewards Mobile App to avail of the membership benefits.

  15. The cancellation of the membership will only be honoured within two weeks from the date of purchase, provided that the membership card, its benefits, and privileges have not been used. Additionally, the cancellation will be considered valid only if the unused membership card and certificate have been returned to the Rotana Rewards office. A cancellation fee of AED 30 (or equivalent in the local currency) will apply. The fee is subject to the applicable VAT for all transactions conducted within the UAE.

  16. Membership cards, certificates and rewards certificates are the sole responsibility of the member. Lost or stolen membership certificates and rewards vouchers will not be replaced. Loss or theft of the membership card should be reported immediately to the Rotana Rewards office. A fee of AED 30 (or local currency equivalent) will be charged for reissuing a new Rotana Rewards membership card (when applicable).

  17. The member is responsible for updating his or her profile in case of any changes.

  18. Regular updated information on points and programme terms and conditions will be available on rotanarewards.com and on the Rotana Rewards Mobile App.

  19. Rotana reserves the right to cancel the programme, add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels qualifying points pertaining to the programme at its sole discretion without any liability on its part, its owners, the hotels it manages or its employees.

  20. Only individuals may enrol in Rotana Rewards and become members. Corporations, associations or groups cannot enrol in Rotana Rewards.

  21. Members can only apply for or possess either the Rotana Rewards Exclusive membership or Rotana Rewards Select Membership.

  22. All interpretations of benefits, programmes, and terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Rotana.

  23. The Rotana Rewards programme terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  24. Rotana reserves the right to discontinue the membership of any member who appears to be using the programme in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud or dishonesty. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points, benefits and privileges.
