1. Quote your membership number each time you make a booking, whether it is for conferences, meetings or room stays.

2. For every confirmed booking, you will be rewarded 2 Points per every AED 1 spent (8 Points for every USD 1 spent or equivalent in local currency). Points will be rewarded on the amount spent excluding tax and service charge.

3. Points will be accumulated once the guest has checked out and the booking payment has been made.

4. Rotana will be tracking and updating your points on a regular basis.

5. Select your preferred reward.

6. Your reward will be delivered to your address within 12 working days.
